We strive to deliver your order as soon as possible. Once your order is placed, an estimated delivery time will be provided. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipment, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed. Weather delays and other unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery time. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order.

Please not that delivery dates may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered.
We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers.
Tracking Options
All orders are shipped via Australia Post with a premium, tracked service. Once your order is confirmed and shipped, you will receive a link to track your package.

Incorrect or Damaged Items
If you receive the wrong order or if the item is damaged inside the packaging, please contact us immediately at itsnazpower@gmail.com with details and a photo of the issue. We will address the problem promptly.
4. Responsibility for Shipping Damages
NAZ POWER is not responsible for any damage caused by the courier during transit. Please ensure you inspect your package upon arrival and report any issues to the courier if damage is apparent.
